Our Story

A Better Burning Candle

YUp! Candles is a green initiative company specializing in repurposing empty wine, beer, and liquor bottles into 100% all natural soy candles. We only use soy wax because it is a renewable resource and has a cleaner burn that lasts almost twice as long as paraffin wax.  Most people don’t know that paraffin wax is a byproduct of crude oil. 

While the FDA approves paraffin in candles, soy is healthier and we believe supporting our farmers and providing a superior product is important!

Our Mission

Our mission is to service our customers through recycling and repurposing of empty glass bottles and to reduce contributions to landfills.  YUp! Candles services several local wineries and breweries. In fact, the name “YUp!” stands for Your Upcycled.
